Victory Women Group Strategic Plan (2018)

Our Approach to the Strategic Planning Process

Between March and June 2018, our team worked closely with Victory Women Group’s leadership and members to develop a strategic plan grounded in the group’s real priorities and capacity.

This began with a review of the group’s activities, membership structure, and past initiatives, followed by consultations with members to understand their goals and the challenges they faced. We then worked with leadership to translate these insights into clear priorities and an actionable plan.

The result was a strategic plan that gave Victory Women Group a structured framework to guide its activities and decision-making going forward.

Key Priorities of the Strategic Plan

The strategic plan set out clear priorities to guide the group’s activities going forward:

Member Development – Strengthening skills training and capacity building for members.
Economic Empowerment – Supporting savings, income-generating activities, and financial literacy.
Leadership & Governance – Strengthening internal leadership structures and decision-making processes.
Community Outreach – Expanding the group’s impact within the wider community.
